As early as 2019, JINPAT had undergonetechnological upgrades to the plug-in slip ring. Both in terms of volume andfunction, the plug-in slip ring appeared as a replacement for the mercury slipring. Therefore, it often needs to withstand power voltage and high current inextremely small volumes. After long-term high-speed operation in thisenvironment, the plug-in slip ring will experience a series of problems such asheating.The R&D team of JINPAT promptly analyzed the faults of the sliprings that encountered technical problems and quickly explored new technicalsolutions. After a period of research and development improvement by the team,the optimal solution was determined as the standard for the new plug-in sliprings. JINPAT Technology Testing Center is responsible for testing plug-in sliprings with a brand new structure.


The latest structure of the slip ring hassuccessfully passed a series of performance tests, including lifespan, whilewithstanding power and electricity. It fully meets the design standards and hasmade significant progress in electrical performance, temperature resistance,and other aspects compared to the previous generation of plug-in slip rings. Atpresent, the new generation of plug-in slip rings from JINPAT has becomepopular in various industries and has become a new generation of best-selling spare parts.
