In the development of mechatronics technology, common computer signals such as Ethernet, USB, HDMI, and DP have been extensively extended and applied to equipment across various technical fields. The application of these signals also represents one of the hallmarks of deep integration between computer technology and mechanical technology. As rotating conductive devices widely used in electromechanical equipment, slip rings in this era of highly integrated mechatronics are required to transmit these computer signals. As a professional slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT possesses the capability to develop such signal transmission slip rings.

JINPAT USB signal slip rings feature multiple channels, currently supporting either 2 channels of USB 3.0 signals or 12 channels of USB 2.0 signals within a single unit. The USB 3.0 slip rings achieve a theoretical transmission rate of 5.0 Gbps with actual measured rates exceeding 2.0 Gbps. JINPAT's multi-channel USB signal slip ring technology provides optimal solutions for high-capacity, high-speed data transmission between rotating connection systems in electromechanical components. These USB signal slip rings are commonly employed in machine vision systems, high-speed data acquisition equipment, photographic apparatus, and test turntables.

In addition to USB signal slip rings, HDMI and DP signal slip rings are also widely used. Unlike SDI signals that only transmit video, both HDMI and DP serve as high-definition multimedia interfaces utilizing digital video/audio interface technology. These specialized digital interfaces for image transmission can simultaneously carry both audio and video signals. While SDI signals typically use coaxial cables in slip rings and other electromechanical systems, HDMI and DP signals require corresponding multi-twisted-pair cables, making impedance matching for these signal slip rings a particularly demanding task.

JINPAT's integrated HDMI and DP signal slip rings support HDMI 1.4 and DP 1.3 standards, capable of stably transmitting 4K@30Hz and 2K@90Hz resolution video signals with downward compatibility. With transmission bandwidth up to 10.2 Gbps, these slip rings can be integrated with power rings and other signal channels like USB models, providing comprehensive solutions for combined transmission of high-definition audiovisual signals, power, and other data. Typical applications include VR gaming systems, auxiliary training equipment, and high-definition video signal retraction devices.
