Temperature resistance is an importantfundamental performance of many electromechanical equipment. As a widely usedcomponent in electromechanical equipment, conductive slip rings sometimes alsoneed to have certain temperature resistance performance. For example, conductive slip rings used in construction machinery specifically tuned forharsh working conditions require their temperature resistance to meet therequirements for operation in cold regions of Siberia and hot rainforest areasin Brazil. As an international veteran slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT hasdeveloped many conductive slip rings with high and low temperature resistance.
Among the high and low temperatureresistant conductive slip rings developed by JINPAT, there is a type of productthat operates in extreme high and low temperature environments for a long time.Taking the high-temperature conductive slip ring developed by JINPAT forhigh-temperature rollers as an example, it operates in an environment with aconstant temperature of over 100 ℃ for a long time. In order to develop this product, JINPATcollaborated with a constant temperature box manufacturer to specially developan ultra-high temperature constant temperature life test bench, and completedits full life test after several months. However, temperatures above 100 ℃ have notreached the temperature limit of some electromechanical equipment, and someconductive slip rings may be immersed in environments with temperatures above200 ℃ for operation.
With the development experience ofconducting slip rings for constant temperature and high temperature rollersabove 100 ℃, JINPAT continues to develop slip rings suitable for highertemperature use. JINPAT, a conductive slip ring that can operate in ultra-hotsilicone oil environments above 200 ℃, is a typicalsuccessful case. Its model is LPT012-0802-HT, which is a relatively smallvolume product. In order to better observe the wear of the conductive slip ringfriction pair, this type of product is designed with an opening on the outer shell, which is similar to the ultra-high speed conductive slip ring developed by JINPAT,but with different purposes. The former can be used for observation, while thelatter is used for both observation, heat dissipation, and cold airintroduction functions.
In addition to conductive slip rings usedin specific scenarios or equipment, many conductive slip rings also have highrequirements for high and low temperature impact resistance. Many models ofconductive slip rings require the ability to withstand short-term high and lowtemperature impacts of -60 ℃ to+120 ℃ during design, while some products also require the ability ofconductive slip rings to withstand short-term temperature impacts of -100 ℃ to+180 ℃ in a vacuumenvironment. With complete high and low temperature testing equipment and anexperienced engineering and technical team, JINPAT is also capable ofcompleting the design and development of this conductive slip ring.
