Firstly, let's take a look at the slip ringused on the top of the JINPAT excavator. As excavators are often used outdoors,this one has a higher level of protection to assist in stable operation. Thisseries of products mostly use a semi enclosed cylindrical shell, and for easeof installation, its volume is not too large. In terms of electricalperformance, in order to achieve normal operation of the equipment, the workingvoltage of this slip ring from JINPAT has reached 650VAC.


The reason why its voltage has increased sogreatly is that this model of product is specifically developed for the top ofexcavators with super strong lifting capacity. The addition of high voltage andhigh current makes the power transmission capacity of this type of slip ringreach 50KW. In addition to this new product developed for heavy-dutyexcavators, JINPAT has also launched a new type of marine crane slip ring thisyear. Due to the confidentiality requirements of customers, it is notconvenient to disclose its model here. It is also a high current slip ring.


Marine cranes are the most commonconstruction machinery in offshore heavy industry equipment. Due to the need toensure long-term reliability, the protection level of the marine crane slipring is generally relatively high. JINPAT, the latest marine crane slip ring,has a protection level of IP65. Its power module includes one 250A current pathand three 40A current paths, with a working voltage of 230 VAC. In order toensure the safety of the equipment on the appearance, stainless steel casingdesign is adopted, and the design complies with EN-IEC61439.


Like most slip rings from JINPAT, theparameters of this product are highly customized based on the characteristicsof the terminal. For excavators, which are relatively simple constructionmachinery, JINPAT's engineering team is already familiar with customizing sliprings for them. With the electrification of the field of engineering machineryslip rings, more and more integrated high-voltage and high-power engineeringmachinery slip rings will appear in a large number of new energy engineeringmachinery.
