The slip rings produced by JINPAT mainly include three categories. The first category is conductive slip rings used for transmitting power and electrical signals. The second category comprises high-tech fiber optic slip rings and high-frequency slip rings, where fiber optic slip rings transmit light signals of specific wavelengths, while high-frequency slip rings can transmit high-frequency signals and high-definition video signals. The third category is gas-liquid slip rings used for transmitting gases and liquids.

Let's first take a look at the various types of conductive slip rings. JINPAT' developed conductive slip rings include capsule slip rings, hollow shaft slip rings, separable slip rings, pancake sliprings, pin slip rings, high-current slip rings, and wind power slip rings.

Capsule slip rings are named for their flanges. JINPAT's capsule slip rings are subdivided into medium, micro, and ultra-micro types according to different diameters. Among them, the minimum diameter of medium capsule slip rings is 22mm, and the maximum is 54mm. The minimum number of routes is 3, and the maximum is 125. The smallest diameter of micro slip rings is 12.5mm, and the largest is 16mm, with routes ranging from 4 to 30. JINPAT's ultra-micro slip rings are the smallest in the capsule slip ring family, with diameters ranging from 4.5mm to 11.1mm and routes from 4 to12.Capsule slip rings are compact, lightweight, support a wide variety of electrical signal types, and can integrate high-frequency and fiber optic slip rings. They are widely used, and the production volume of JINPAT' capsule slip rings is very high, exceeding a million pieces annually.

Hollow shaft slip rings refer to slip rings with a certain specification of center through holes. The highest customizable center through-hole diameter in this series is 980mm, while the smallest is 3mm. Due to the similar internal structure, JINPAT also includes slip rings without through holes in the hollow shaft series. Hollow shaft slip rings are the most versatile conductive slip rings, with a maximum customizable300-channel power or signal pathway, supporting over 30 types of signal transmission. They can be combined with gas-liquid slip rings to for mgas-liquid-electric integrated slip rings, combined with fiber optic slip rings to form photoelectric integrated slip rings, or combined with high-frequencyrotary joints to form electric-high-frequency integrated collector rings.

JINPAT's separable slip rings standard products are relatively small in size, resembling hollow shafts without casings. Their rotors are hollow and can be mounted on the shaft systems of end products. Compared to capsule and hollow shaft slip rings, the production volume of separable slip rings is relatively low. Similar in production volume to separable slip rings are pancake slip rings. The copper rings of pancake slip rings are arranged in concentric circles on the same horizontal plane, suitable for installation in electromechanical systems with small axial space.JINPAT's pancake slip rings are divided into integral and separable structures.Integral ones can integrate gas-liquid joints and achieve higher protection levels, while separable pancake slip rings mainly use PCB boards as the mainmaterial, enabling them to be very thin. The thinnest separable pancake slip ring developed by JINPAT has a thickness of only 5mm.

Now, onto pin slip rings. Pin slip rings are alternatives to mercury slip rings and are commonly used in environmentally sensitive automated machinery, with the food processing industry being a typical example. Standard products in this series typically have 8-channel pathways, with a maximum rated current support of 25A and a rated operating voltage of 380V. Customized pin slip rings can support up to 50A of current. If 50A is insufficient to meet customer needs, custom high-current slip rings are required. JINPAT' high-current slip rings typically refer to products with a rated working current per channel greater than 50A, and they are mostly customized.

JINPAT' high-current slip rings mostly adopt a carbon pin hollow structure. Due to their larger size, they generally come with removable maintenance windows for periodic maintenance and replacement of internal wearing parts to extend their lifespan. JINPAT's high-current slip rings also support ultra-high power, ultra-high voltage,gas-liquid-electric integration design, specific explosion-proof grades,anti-vibration grades, and high protection level customization.

Now, a brief overview of fiber optic slip rings and high-frequency slip rings. These two types of slip rings have relatively high technological content. Fiber optic slip rings possess a series of characteristics of optical fibers. In addition to ultra-high transmission bandwidth and transmission rate, they also have strong anti-interference ability, are immune to electromagnetic radiation, and have strong confidentiality and other advantages. Fiber optic slip rings can be used alone or in combination with electrical slip rings.

Finally, let's talk about high-frequency slip rings. There are two types of high-frequency slip rings: one type isproducts similar to traditional electrical slip rings using coaxial lines, and the other type is purely rotary joints. First, for high-frequency slip rings with coaxial lines, they only have 1 or 2 channels. They can choose coaxial lines with 50Ω or 75Ω impedance to transmit high-definition video signals orradio frequency signals. As for high-frequency rotary joints, most of them are integrated into electrical slip rings and used in radar servos, feeder systems,or other radio frequency devices.
