As technology continues to advance, robotics has gradually made its way into people's lives, becoming a hot topic of research and application in various fields. In this context, the RoboMaster Super Battle has emerged as an important platform for showcasing robotics technology. JINPAT, a professional manufacturer of slip rings, not only actively participated in this event but also provided the necessary slip rings for the 12 RoboMaster participating teams, becoming a significant supporter of this competition.
As a manufacturer of slip rings, JINPAT has always been committed to the research and production of high-quality slip rings, which play a crucial role in the movement and communication of robots. In the RoboMaster competition, participating robots are divided into three types:Infantry, Hero, and Sentry. All of these robots require the support of slip rings to ensure their stable operation in intense battles.
JINPAT not only supplied slip rings but also actively participated in the RoboMaster event as a sponsor. This sponsorship is driven not only by a sense of social responsibility but also to establish close partnerships with major universities. By sponsoring university RoboMaster teams, JINPAT has the opportunity to gain insights into the needs of universities and collaborate with them to explore new models of university-industry cooperation. This collaboration holds the potential to help universities translate research outcomes in cutting-edge areas such as through hole optical fiber slip rings, liquid metal, and other conductive materials, thereby advancing the development of new slip ring technologies.
In the RoboMaster competition, the slip rings used by Hero and Sentry robots primarily adopt a through hole design and can choose between capsule slip rings or hollow shaft slip rings. JINPAT LPT050-0610-06Sis one of the most commonly used models for Hero robots. This slip ring has an inner diameter of 50mm, a rotor height of 74mm, and an outer diameter of 119mm.It integrates 6 channels of 10A current and 6 signal channels, transmitting CAN and serial signals using automotive-specific CAN signal lines and twisted-pairshielded lines. Furthermore, this slip ring supports a shell-less design, making it more flexible and convenient for post-processing operations like 3Dprinting.
JINPAT sponsorship and support not only provide the necessary technical assistance to RoboMaster competition teams but also offer valuable opportunities for robotics research and university-industry collaboration. With the continuous development of robotics technology, we can expect to see more innovations and collaborations pushing robotics technology to new heights. JINPAT will continue to actively engage in this exciting field and contribute to the development of robotics technology.
